Once we have received your request for deletion of your account, we will verify this request by sending you an email on your email address to verify the veracity of this deletion request. Once we have verified your account deletion request, we will undertake necessary steps to ensure that your account is deleted from our servers.

Deletion can take up to 90 days

It may take up to 90 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any data linked to your account post deletion, will be deleted/encrypted/anonymized in accordance with applicable law.
